Cardiac diseases, Nutrition  relationship

Interested terms

Cardiac : related to the heart

Lipids : fat compounds  in the blood

Cholesterol : fat compound in the blood from animal origins

Triglycerides: fat compound in the blood  from plant origins

Artery : tube like shape ,which a blood travelled  through it from the heart to the body

Vein :  tube like shape , which a blood return  through it from the body to the heart

 Myocardial infarction (MI): Blockage in a part of the artery that supply certain  part of the heart

Hyperlipidemia : increase in  the concentration of lipids (fats ) in the blood

High density lipoprotein (HDL) : transfer cholesterol  from the blood to the liver (good cholesterol)

Low density  lipoprotein (LDL) : transfer cholesterol  from the liver to the blood (bad cholesterol)

Hypertension : increased in the blood pressure

Atherosclerosis : hardness in the artery , that loose its function by accumulating of fat

Pulmonary : related to the lung

Clot: semi - solid mass composed from blood components and it’s the major cause of heart attack by closing the arteries.

Free radicals : a chemical compounds that found in the body by smoking and drinking alcohol , it is the major cause of artery diseases .

Snacks: fast meals that contains a high concentration of fats and its promote heart disease and related to obesity such as Hamburger and falafel.

Fiber: natural compounds that  Available in all the vegetables and fruits , it is plat major role in reducing absorption  of fate from the digestive system.

                                                        Cardiac disease and atherosclerosis

 

Atherosclerosis (also known as arteriosclerotic vascular disease or ASVD) is a condition in which an artery wall thickens as the result of a build-up of fatty materials such as cholesterol.

Heart attack: lack of blood supply to certain part of the body

Causes:

1-Tobacco smoking: it  increases the risk  200% , which affected the heart directly by increasing the concentration of more the 4600 toxic substances in your heart and blood , the more toxic once is a free radical atom which is considered as the major causes to heart disease (atherosclerosis)

2- Snacks (fast meal) : a lot of studies and researches  show that the peoples whose  depends in the Snacks in their food tends to exposed to heart attack than others who depends on the natural food (home made food) , because the fast meal contain a high concentration of bad cholesterol and free radicals which the major cause of atherosclerosis

3- Lack of exercise : you should play any kind of exercise each day ( walk , Running ,football, Taekwondo , etc…… , because the Lazy people or people who don’t depends on any kind of sport @ high risk to heart attack and other diseases (physiological and psychological diseases)

4- malneutrinos : the people whose suffering from mal-nutrition those people who don’t included any vegetables or fruits  kinds in their daily food program  , because the fruits and vegetables play an important role in eliminate (clean) the blood and body from free radicals that the major causes of atherosclerosis and other diseases.

5-strss and hypertension: these two factors are called (Destroyers body); because they interact with all the biological active of the body (hormones, enzymes, breakdown, metabolism, .etc) and it’s considered as the major sources of destroy the blood vessels and heart.

6-obesity and diabetes: eating more and more carbohydrate (sugars) and eating more and more fats and fats related compounds (fast meal (falafel), Hamburger, etc…….)

7- Lack of fresh meal and green vegetables: all these kinds contain a high anti oxidant compounds (anti free radicals) 

9 – Drinking alcohol: all alcoholic compounds are the major sources do destroy the body and the heart and increase the concentration of cholesterol in the blood.

10 – Eating a lot of manufacturing compounds: all these compounds such as flavors and preservative materials in some types of chocolate, soft drink, chips, etc

 

Signs and symptoms of heart disease

1-chest pain

2-Sweating

3- Left side pain

4-Shortness of breath

Black list as heart wants:

Coffee. Hamburger . smoking . alcohol , fats , excessive Beef meat . stress, Laziness

 

 Heart Friendly list:

Garlic . Onion , honey , Fresh fruits and vegetables , Sports , Lemon , olive oil , Ginger

 

Prevention from heart diseases 

Please, follow these steps :

ü  avoid stress

 

ü  stop smoking

 

ü  eat more and more fresh fruits and vegetables

 

ü   avoid Dinner after 9.pm

 

Eat more and more Garlic , Onion ,fishes and natural things

ü  Avoid fast food

 

ü  Play more than 30 mints every day of  any kinds of sports

 

ü  You should eat your breakfast As early as possible

 

ü  Eat any things you wants but in limitation

 

ü  Reduce from salt and salty food  (Pickles)

 

ü  Stay calm and avoid hypertension

 

ü  Check the level of fat in your blood every six months

 

ü  Reduce the canned food as much as possible

 

ü  Be ambitious! love the people !!!
