On Tuesday Feb. 12, Prof. Sami AL-Jaber delivered a seminar entitled” Path Integral Approach to Faraday’s Law of Induction” at the Faculty of science. The topic of the seminar deals with one of the well-known Maxwell’s four equations in electromagnetic theory. Namely, the speaker considered a generalization to Faraday’s law of induction and the connection between the physical quantities as measured in the physical space with contributions to these quantities from the covering space which is a well-known topological space that was proposed long ago by Schulman.
The seminar was attended by faculty members from different departments in the faculty of science and students from physics department.
