Introduction:
Vitamins are micronutrient, which are very much essential for growth and for metabolism, and it is require in small amounts. The human body need vitamin B12 for the manufacture of genetic material (DNA, RNA) that transport the genetic traits across generation through the cells, so large amount of this vitamin is needed for rabidly cells divide and multiply, this vitamin works hand in hand with folic acid(vitamin B9). Another function for vitamin B12 is essential to the production of energy from the metabolism of fats, proteins, and carbohydrates. And play important role in maintaining integrity of the bone marrow, in addition to it is role in maintaining integrity of nervous tissue, science it helps to form substance myelin that protect nerves and increase the speed of movement of the signal along the nerve, in addition to of all previous functions, vitamin B12 enter to reduce the concentration of homocysteine material in the human body, which is considered a risk factor for heart disease and atherosclerosis, but the most important function of the vitamin B12 is essential to the manufacture red blood cells that carry oxygen around the body, this is necessary to prevent and protect human body from the most dangerous disease "Anemia".
